As a coaching and professional development space for young artists, the Académie offers various training programmes designed to enable them to launch their careers in the best possible conditions.

By making the new generation of creators aware of the importance of audience development, the Académie hopes to foster a debate around contemporary creation and its economic realities, and encourage the renewal of artistic and musical practice through an interdisciplinary, intercultural and innovative approach.

This training programme provides an ideal framework for study, experimentation and creation during the Festival period. It gives young creators and performers an opportunity to develop innovative musical artistic projects (musical theatre, recitals, dance, performance, educational and participatory projects, etc.). Participants benefit from professional expertise and resources in an environment that offers personalised artistic and technical guidance.

Training sessions are organised for the selected projects, followed by a public presentation in Aix-en-Provence.
